Many organisations face a significant challenge to track the location, quantity, condition and status of their fixed assets. Asset labels are an easy way of recording and identifying your valuable equipment. They are labels in a wide range of materials and styles, with a permanent adhesive, personalised with name, logo, sequential numbering and then applied to your equipment.
It is good practice to keep a register of all your assets in case of theft of fire - and some insurance companies will require proof before settling claims. By labelling all your valuable equipment, Asset Labels will also discourage 'asset misappropriation', theft and fraud.
WARNING: Beware of cheap label offers. Low cost labels are often printed on small desktop inkjet printers and can quickly degrade. Dantech labels are printed on top quality branded materials and are then laminated to protect the printed surface having the effect of subsurface printed labels. Remember! Buy cheap - buy twice!!!

Silver or White Polyester Asset Labels
Premium label material supplied with the best available universal powerful adhesive which will stick to most surfaces - both high surface energy (HSE) and low surface energy (LSE) plastics, powder coatings and slightly oily metal surfaces. High temperature resistance, up to 150ºC short term, and down to - 40ºC this label material can only be described as the most universal solution to suit most asset label requirements. Protect important written information such as text/numbering/date with these labels – once the overlay is applied any written data cannot be altered. Simply write your text and information on the label - then remove the backing paper of the clear adhesive overlay and press down firmly over the label to protect the written information against tampering, abrasion, grease and chemicals. Stainless Steel Plates
0.5mm thick steel plates with a heavy layer of 3M VHB industrial adhesive - virtually impossible to remove. Your name, details are etched into the steel plate and then colour filled. Sequential numbering is engraved into the surface. (Fix to flat surfaces only).

Aluminium Heavy Duty Security Asset Labels and Asset Plates
These plates are 0.3mm thick, photographically printed onto the aluminium with your name and sequential number/bar code - then anodised to seal in and totally protect the print from abrasion, chemicals and adverse weather conditions. 3M VHB industrial adhesive or use screws/rivets. Must be fixed to a flat surface. Black print only, one or two lines of text plus sequential bar code and readable number. Minimum Order 300 labels. Choice of two sizes plus sequential barcode including 2D DataMatrix code and readable number.

Mini Mark Asset Labels
- 21st Century label technology with text and information engraved into the surface of Acrylate giving a permanent high contrast, durable and tamperproof image suitable for all environments.
- Identify and track equipment safely with these labels. High performance industrial adhesive suitable for most surfaces which will give high initial adhesion.
- Will withstand temperatures from –60ºC up to +200ºC - safe in microwave, dishwasher and autoclave.
- Highly resistant to chemicals, abrasion and harsh environments.
- Image cannot be ‘wiped off’ – permanently engraved into the surface.
- Tamper evident and non-transferable – labels will fragment if removal is attempted - a theft deterrent that also discourages unauthorised asset transfers. Or use as a security seal.

ID Trakamark Security Plates
A theft deterrent and aid to recovery. Solid aluminium plates with industrial strength adhesive makes it near impossible to remove the plates without damaging the equipment. The plates are printed with a text of your own choice and we recommend including a warning message indicating that the equipment is traceable by the police plus telephone number to contact your company if recovered or left behind in a taxi, train or hotel. The numbering/barcode helps you register, keep track and identify each piece of equipment. Please note that plates will only adhere to flat surfaces.

ID Super Plates
Ultra strong acrylic plates fixed with Superglue to provide a bond so strong that any attempt to remove the plate will require the use of tools and result in break up or material damage
Suitable for both plastic and metal surfaces. Can be used on slightly curved surfaces.
Your name, sequential numbering and other information are precision engraved deep into the surface of this durable material and cannot be wiped off.
A fast-drying superglue GEL (supplied with your order) melts the plate to the equipment. An overlay material is supplied with each order to enable a clean application and no sticky fingers!

Bar code plates for most harsh environment - tough enough to withstand heat, chemical and abrasion
Aluminium Plates
Aluminium plates and foils with precision printing, sequentially numbered bar codes, including 2D codes, sealed in the aluminium with a protective anodising to provide years of protection against heat, cold, chemicals and abrasion. Intensified image or Teflon® coating is available for extreme environments. Fixed with adhesive or mechanical fasteners through punched holes.
Stainless Steel Plates
Stainless steel plates gives extreme resistance to weather, corrosion and abrasion - they are also compulsory in certain food environments. Barcodes and data are fused onto a ceramic coating and will withstand temperatures up to 1000ºC and most chemicals.
All plates can be supplied in straight number sequences or we can accept variable data in spreadsheet format.
Track and Trace with 2D Codes
Small Parts, Tools and Instruments
When it comes to small parts tracking, good things do come in small packages. Our Mini Mark labels incorporate a Datamatrix 2D code to identify and track property and to record calibrations and maintenance information in 1/10 of the space of traditional barcodes - and it is still readable even if more than half the label is damaged! A 10mm diameter label can contain 50+ digits!
The code is laser engraved into a Acrylate material which will withstand harsh environments, chemicals, abraision and heat. Suitable for (and tested) surgical instruments. Also available printed on aluminium foil.

Removable Paint Mask Labels for Production Tracking
With products going through many different processes during manufacture the paint shop creates the biggest problem for parts marking because any label or marking will be covered in paint thus making the information un-readable further down the production line.
Dantech's removable paint mask labels have a clear laminate on top of the printed information and can easily be removed once the product emerges from the drying oven (labels and adhesive will withstand temperatures up to 150° C short term) by simply peeling the laminate away and the tracking details, barcode, etc. emerges clean and ready to scan – an ideal solution for tracking products through the production process.
The labels have clear lamination on top of the printed information (sequential numbering and barcodes are easily included) and will therefore withstand many chemicals and abrasion. The special 3M high-holding adhesive is suitable for most surfaces, inc. LSE, oily metals and powder coated surfaces.

Protection: Most labels have a clear protective lamination to protect the print from solvents and abrasion. Plus extra strong, permanent adhesive, that will adhere securely to most materials and last for years
Logos: Company logo included free of charge (subject to sight of logo). You must supply a clean black print or email a high res file (tif/eps/jpg preferred) to sales@dantech.co.uk.
